ASSUMPTION OF RISK – The Parade is a voluntary, public event. By attending, observing or participating in the Parade, you acknowledge and assume all risks and dangers associated with your participation and/or attendance at the Parade, and you agree that the Mechanicsburg Chamber of Commerce and the Mechanicsburg Halloween Parade sponsors will not be held responsible for personal injury as a result of your participation in, attendance at, and/or observation of the Parade.
