MECHANICSBURG, Pa. The seventh annual “Concerts on the Corner” music series is set to kick off June 3, featuring free performances by local and regional musicians every Thursday from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on the corner of Market and Main Streets in downtown Mechanicsburg. Concerts on the Corner is the weekly music series that takes place during the months of June, July, August and September. The series features musicians, singers and songwriters performing original and popular music to bring family, friends and neighbors together for a toe-tapping good time.
The Mechanicsburg Chamber of Commerce and Main Street Mechanicsburg sponsor the seventh annual Concerts on the Corner music series. The Foot Traffic Partnership, a group of downtown Mechanicsburg merchants, organizes the music series. Bring your kids, bring your friends, bring a lawn chair, and be sure to bring yourself to the Mechanicsburg’s square at Market and Main Streets. Even during those summer thunderstorms, musicians will still be singin’ in the rain at the rain location: Warm Hearts Cafe, 25 East Main Street, Mechanicsburg.
June 3 Aaron Gaul --"folk-coustic loop-adelic one-man funky jam" but "acoustic" works too, i'll be playing some classic rock covers with some bluegrass, new age, and of course a bit of original music ... with a generous portion of loops "for flavor".
June 10 Yesterday’s Vibe will entertain audiences with oldies but goodies from the 1950s to the 1980s. Go back in time with Yesterday’s Vibe.
June 17 Jubilee Day! (musicians will be performing throughout the day)
June 24 Jazz Me -- The trio of Mitch Graeff, Doug Brenner, and Kirk Wise combines vocals, harmonicas, guitar, and upright bass to produce a variety of jazz and blues sounds. Jazz Me performs throughout central Pennsylvania at numerous restaurants, private events, and elegant affairs.

July 8 We3 -- This trio of entertainers from central Pennsylvania, We3 presents musical styles from roots, folk, country, blues, along with 1950s, ‘60s and ‘70s favorites. We3 music in the people’s key.
July 15 Jamie O’Brien -- Since he was 13-years-old, O’Brien has performed in 10 bands. In addition to accompanied work, O’Brien recently has opted for solo performance with an accompaniment by John Winship, Henry Koretzky, Bruce Young, or Ryck Kaiser. Not a stranger to music, O’Brien has dabbed in numerous genres including rock, folk, country, jazz, and classical, and also performing music from various countries from Ireland, England, America, France, Italy, and Germany. O’Brien specializes in guitar, although he is also talented on the piano, mandolin, banjo, hammered dulcimer, as well as the harmonica and whistle.
July 22 Paul Zavinsky is a singer-songwriter who performs simply because he enjoys entertaining. Along with folk and rock classics, Paul presents his original tunes. He has appeared on stage with artists including John Prine, Steve Goodman, Asleep at the Wheel and Tammy Wynette. Locally, Paul is familiar to WITF listeners as a member of the radio and television sponsorship team.
July 29 Hemlock Hollow -- Roger Wilkinson established Hemlock Hollow over four years ago. The band includes Don Judy, lead guitar and vocals, Mike Miller, bass and vocals, Chris Wilkinson, mandolin, and Roger Wilkinson, lead vocals and guitar. Hemlock Hollow’s music ranges from their own interpretations of sixties rock such as the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, the Grateful Dead, as well as traditional folk, blue grass, and classic country music.
August 5 MuZette is the collaboration of husband-and-wife team Tom and Laurie Reese. Their eclectic style combines elements of classical, jazz, Celtic and folk music to create a new sound. This combination of an award-winning composer and a classically trained cellist engages audiences of all ages.
August 12 Seasons -- Join the regionally renown musical Lee family for an evening of classic and popular music.

September 2 Shades of Green and Blue - A great duo featuring Henry Koretzky (vocals, guitar and mandolin) and Jamie O’Brien. Shades of Green & Blue do a mix of Irish/British and Americana, featuring a lot of songs and tunes that have crossed the Atlantic along with contemporary songs which kind of fit that pattern.
September 9 Voxology -- Kevin Neidig and Les Vonderlin make up this award-winning duo based here in Central Pennsylvania. They have produced three recordings, a self-titled debut CD Voxology, under the covers and their most recent release, Someday Soon.
